I bought this router about 2 months ago. It was very easy to install and program. However, a few days after the installation, problems with the Internet connection began. After contacting the manufacturer and doing a lot of research, one thing became clear to me. Internet connection problems are very common with this router and no one knows why. It simply starts shutting down a few days after installation and then continues with more frequent shutdowns thereafter until it becomes completely unusable. You have to reset and reprogram the router and start having connection problems from the start. I have to say that this router works great for many other people. The problem is, which side will you be on, with those who don't have problems, or with a problem that keeps you awake? After a month of constantly rebooting and reprogramming the router, I threw it in the trash and bought ASUS. RT-AC87U, which worked flawlessly from the first minute. And besides, much faster, much better wireless, and easier to program (and I can say that as an expert after resetting and reprogramming a Trendnet router umpteen times).
