I took it as a monitor for my work station with electronics. I have a Raspberry Pi400 that needed a display and didn't need anything high end. This monitor works great and is sufficient for basic office tasks. I would not intend to edit photos or videos on it. The 75Hz refresh rate makes scrolling smooth, but the colors are a bit washed out in my opinion. Make sure whatever you connect it to has a VGA or HDMI output. I have an HP microcomputer that only has DisplayPort and I could not use this monitor without an adapter. It is generally recommended as a second or backup monitor.
