love this thing. I've seen some negative comments about how this might be a tasteless front. From my point of view, they made the ugly mortar disappear. That's a big deal. I have tried many cleaning products over the years. only smoke! I have a small bathroom with nice tiles. A dirty solution is a threat. This material takes about 10 minutes to fully cover the entire grout + a small border. I take two bottles and use the second for occasional touch ups. That lasts for months for me. The results are top notch, the personal effort is low and the maintenance is minimal. If there is a better solution, it would be news to me. I've tried such pens in the past with more mixed results. In my experience these are the best. Pro tip: Don't push too hard when tightening!
