I like that you can customize your own rewards for employees, which is very helpful when it comes to incentivizing them! It's also easy enough if someone forgets about their reward or needs help with redeeming points they have earned in order to get something from one of our partners (like Amazon).

The only thing we dislike are some minor issues where there may be more options than what was selected during setup but those were easily resolved by contacting support directly via email/phone call instead of waiting days before getting back any sort of response at all. We're solving problems related specifically around retention - i'd say this has been really effective so far since people seem happy knowing how much time off work-related events will give us as well being able to use other benefits such as gym memberships etc too once eligible through eduperkls programs!!
