The sandpaper discs glued to this pad are awesome! Unfortunately, the pad didn't stick very well to the sander. This replacement pad worked about twice before my grinder started making weird noises and the action stopped working. I turned it off thank goodness before inspecting the disc and found that the mounting screws had ripped off part of the disc where it connected to the grinder. (See photo - OEM part on the left and this part on the right). I yanked him and he fell immediately. When I compared it to the OEM part, I found that the original had a metal backing to screw onto the grinder, while this part only had a plastic backing which quickly destroyed the grinder's action. I will order another one with a metal carrier. Be careful.
