When I exercise, I wear a thick sweater. I run and mountain bike. Halo hat is cool! It keeps the sweat off my face. I'll wear it under a mountain bike helmet or running cap. I realize the hat itself is wet and I can feel sweat dripping down my face, but nothing gets in my eyes. I'll even remove it once or twice during my activity to ring it. Worth the money in my opinion. The only downside (and not Halo's fault) is that when I wear my helmet or hat under the elastic on my head, the sweat runs off the brim of the helmet or hat on my body. Face. I just have to reconfigure Halo and everything is fine.
