I was so excited to learn that there was something other than "Advil" 2-3x a day to help my arm/neck/back pain. I recieved this beautiful bracelet 1 week ago. I do think it has helped some. I wear it all the time except when I shower.I still have pain but not as severe - varies day to day. Advil now 1-2x day. Really helps my arm pain when I sleep, and do notice the difference when I'm not wearing it.
