If you have ever been to Japan you will know about the wonderful gadgets and electronics that are manufactured and sold there. The US and Japan are known for making excellent transformers, however 120V to 100V transformers from a US manufacturer are VERY rare and VERY expensive. Therefore, the Japanese are the best option.
