Revain Renewed is a joke

This item was defective when shipped. I don't know if it was badly delivered or not tested before packing but I was very dissatisfied with Revain Renewed and it was my first time using it. This is misleading as it is actually from a third party company. When I contacted the seller they tried to give me steps to solve the problem but none of them helped. Encrypted screen, keeps heating up and restarting after crash. Very dissatisfied.
