Review on DataRocket by Rob Parsons

The best part about this tool has to be how easy it was for me as an administrator or user who isn't tech savvy at all! I am able to utilize most if not ALL features without having any issues with my computer crashing like so many other programs have done over time (which honestly never happens!). There are some things that could use improvement but nothing majorly negative either - which makes sense since they're still new product/service!! Very helpful when you need someone else's help figuring out what your business needs may entail from their end before purchasing something more expensive than needed OR just needing assistance using said program once purchased / downloaded etc.. Also helps save money by trying different options BEFORE finalizing one purchase option rather then after already spending $$$$. We've been very happy thus far because we were given great customer service support along side our technical staff being knowledgeable enough to assist us throughout each step of getting up running smoothly within minutes.
