The best part about this tool has to be how easy it was for me as an administrator or user who isn't tech savvy at all! I am able to utilize most if not ALL features without having any issues with my computer crashing like so many other programs have done over time (which honestly never happens!). There are some things that could use improvement but nothing majorly negative either - which makes sense since they're still new product/service!! Very helpful when you need someone else's help…

Easy to use (both for users who are new or more experienced). Helpful tutorials included; no need to spend hours searching forums trying to find answers to basic questions such as how to export CSV files from DR! Very intuitive interface - I can't think of anything that would be improved upon at this time.
