UPDATE: As mentioned in my previous review, the aggregator service stopped working for a while (probably for several months), but it worked again! Very satisfied. I got a star for not being able to charge D-size NiMH batteries with this receiver, even though its battery type switch (alkaline <-> NiMH) is set to the NiMH batteries position. does not have BT capability and cannot charge D size rechargeable batteries inside), its functionality depends entirely on (or was used to) a station aggregator in the Philippines which crashed/ stopped working on May 7th 2019. All favorites are lost, there is no longer a search option, all existing user accounts and settings have been completely lost. Thus, this device becomes a good FM tuner with good MP3 playback capability. No more internet radio. So since there's no way to rely on internet radio services, what exactly is this radio good for, aside from some of the basic features that a receiver that costs $20 or less can offer? Terrible service. Therefore, at this time, DO NOT BUY this receiver or any other similar device that depends on the Radio Frontier Silicon service. This device reads solid state media in the form of USB sticks (not cards) but is limited to MP3 format. This feature works very well, but don't expect it to recognize OGG or FLAC files.
