I give 5 stars even though it didn't work for me. I know it sounds weird, but I would sincerely advise you to remove the dashboard and send it to Fred, Dr. Speedometer to send. I thought I installed it correctly, but either I didn't or there's something else wrong with my dashboard. After doing more research I found out that there are capacitors that explode and resistors that heat up and desolder themselves. In addition to stepper motors, there can be many problems. However, I will say that this box contains a coupon code. If you decide not to, Fred will credit you and you can still submit your dashboard. I soldered them on, a few worked, most didn't. So I mailed my Dash, rode an empty Dash for a couple of weeks (don't tell mom!), and when I got it from Fred it worked great. So I would seriously advise you to just pull out your dashboard and send it to Fred. You will be much happier in the long run. If you're scared of going without tools, there's an expedited shipping/quick return option that costs more, but might be worth it to you. Much luck! I'm so glad to have a fully working instrument cluster again. It's been years since I've seen the tachometer move or the little green cruise control light come on. I can't tell you how happy I am that everything is working again.
