Doesn't work with harness
My cat is bigger so she needs a big one to fit around her ribs. Then he fit in. He was soft and sure. My problem is that she has a small neck size. So 18" rib and 9" neck. There's no way to adjust the neck piece, and it comes straight out of the front of the harness.
