Overall we like it. Always amazed at how much water is in the container. Live in a tropical area with high humidity. The apartment has a window air conditioner in the bedroom. We wake up with a normal temperature but sweaty. Our shared family room barely works, set to 82 and cool to the touch because it wicks away moisture. We were hoping that this unit would replace the use of a window air conditioner, but no. This is because it gives off a lot of dry heat. So we run them together and no longer wake up sweaty. But precisely because of the heat dissipation, that's not up to our necks. Overall noise level is acceptable, some white noise, buttons are ok, not as intuitive as they could be. Nice looking unit and 5 star water collector. easy to pull out, doesn't spill. WE haven't used the drain hose yet. Our chest fills up in the morning, sometimes causing a stop 1-2 hours before we wake up in a humid 12 x 12 bedroom with two people breathing at night. I'm so glad we didn't get smaller. It's about the size of a suitcase on wheels.
