I have been using this product for 3 years as annual maintenance for my Navien Combi boiler. I put it in a bucket of hot water with a pump. and flush my boiler's heat exchanger for 1 1/2 hours. This product is very effective in removing scale from your hot water coil. Year after year it brings the hot water output in my boiler to a new level. .No more hot and cold spots.
