The product is excellent but the instructions are poor. The photos on the instructions for use were completely black and difficult to see. Because of this, I almost returned the goods to the seller. I have to go to a mechanic for the install and paid them CAD 35 for the install. I was very frustrated because I could have done it myself with better instructions with clear pictures. Who has ever worked in your company as a quality control specialist who doesn't care about customers, but the product is excellent? The installation took only 4 minutes.
