This thing works wonderfully. I was able to test it on my flights that lasted 12 hours times two and two 6 hour flights. ( To and back from Taiwan) so 18 hours in the air within 1 day then two weeks later to repeat.I didn't want to wear it at first because no one had anything like that besides the pillows. After 4 hours into my 2nd flight, which was after my 5 hour and a one hour and 30 minute flight, my neck was in pain. I was trying to sleep. I turned right and it would hurt so much to turn my head. I even drooled a pool onto my shirt. The pain was too much this time. I already did this kind of flight 2 other times. But this time I was very sleepy early.Anyways, I pulled this neck brace out and put it on. It has a lot of support. I went to sleep. I woke up an hour or two later to eat. I had no pain in my neck. I was so relieved and happy that I can turn my head with no pain at all. I didn't even drool on myself. My head didn't go far down, it just stayed put. It didn't go sideways either.So I used this for the duration until landing. Then on my way back. I didn't suffer any neck pain and I think I can sleep in this the whole time. It is comfortable to sleep in. I see many pillow users with their neck is awkward positions and many didn't use it for that to sleep. They laid on it with the food tray. I've read how the pillows don't support at all unless you buy the expensive ones that are very bulky, which is kinda too soft to provide the same support as this brace.This was cheap and I would highly recommend it.Another thing to note about myself. I have scoliosis, which is the curvature of my neck and spine. So I assume my neck is more prone to pain when it's in an awkward position.Neck measures 13.5"From the clavicle bone to the beginning of my chin/neck area right above the Adams Apple is 4 inches. I bought the medium and it fits perfectly enough to give great support and give me a painfree ride to other countries.I wish I bought this years ago.
