This thing was good for the 4 weeks it worked. After 4 weeks, when the computer was asleep, I started turning the device on and off, and then the image began to randomly distort. It's been 2 weeks since their support is trying to get them to honor the "4 year guarantee" with no results. Keep asking for pics of this and that I send and then sorry we need pics of that too and it's been a dialogue for almost 2 weeks now.
