I use it on short hikes. It is very light and folds up for storage. I was able to fit more than I expected: fruit, protein snacks, phone, tissues and tissues, credit card, money, driver's license, sweatshirt, and 3 water bottles (2 outside and 1 inside). It was very comfortable to wear and didn't hurt or put any strain on my shoulders. Highly recommended. It is thin material, easy to clean. I wouldn't wear this in the rain of course, but it's great in any other weather.
