Everything was fine while it worked

Worked well for several months. After that, it started spontaneously switching to another computer. He does this several times a day. It's annoying to say the least when you're on the phone on your work PC and then switch back to your home PC. So much so that I had to stop using it. Tried to contact the manufacturer for a refund. No Answer
