I'm fed up with tech devices that come with instruction manuals that are illegible and unusable. . . like this one did. I decided this was unacceptable. I will not buy or keep such things in the future. How can I be sure that a complex piece of technical equipment was made by a company that didn't bother to create a user manual so unreadable, unscannable and unprintable that it would be useless. (I'm referring to both the paper copy insert in the box and the downloadable PDF.) Going forward, I won't be keeping anything that requires instructions and then comes with a useless piece of paper. What are these people thinking? What is quality control in companies? I have already arranged a refund.
