Don't expect a chair to be super comfortable. But at the current price it doesn't get any better. Assembly is easy. The seat is well balanced on the base (not tilted to one side). The rear end is probably the weak link as it's not built to last (it gets lost over time and tilts left and right a bit). The overall balance is good (not heavy like others). It's not very tall at the bottom (e.g. 16.5 inches). This is ideal for the elderly as they can enjoy the swivel function while their feet are still gently touching the floor, greatly reducing the chance of falling out of a chair. PS I don't like mounting the seat to the base with Philips screws.
