My wife bought her first bucket from Wal-Mart about 2 years ago. My wife has been using it for a year and a half with no problems. About 6 months ago I started mopping floors (wife has breast cancer) and after 2 months the spin stopped working. I managed to fix it and it worked for another 4 months after which it broke again. So I ordered from Revain here. I was very aggressive pushing the mop. As another reviewer mentioned, don't rock it like you're trying to get more oil from an oil well. I'm more careful when wiping the mop but still manage to get it quite wet to wipe. I will update this review if I have new problems or not. I had no problems with the mop head. My height is 6ft 1in. So the mop handle is short for me. Since I have a new bucket and mop handle, I took apart the old mop handle and the new mop handle with dual-barrel locking pliers. Don't press too hard. I took the bottom B section from the old mop handle and added it to the B section of my new mop handle. Then I attached Section A to the top of the two Sections B. Now I can mop the floor standing up. For those of you who have complained about the short mop handle and ordered a second set, this solution works very well. I haven't checked if the manufacturer offers Section B in addition to spare mop heads. Would be nice if they did.
