This product is used every two weeks and keeps falling apart on me. You'll have to contact the seller and get a replacement or just go back to another brand of mop, especially for the coast.

This is the third spin mop I've bought. The first spin mop we bought was about 2 years old when the mechanism that rotated the mop broke. The next 2 broke from 3 to 5 months. Every time I buy a bucket you have to buy another mop. I like how it works, but there are definitely issues with the design.

I had my previous Silence Hurricane card for a long time and it worked great with no problems, super cleaned throughout the house. The bucket then broke where you press to rotate the mop. But the new vision was awful, the bucket leaked when you pushed it down and the mop head didn't spin while I was cleaning my baseboard. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed, used this mop for several years, the last one I bought I paid $40 and it came with two mop heads and a spinner that rotated the mop in the water in the bucket plus wringing out the water from the mop. I expected to get the same thing when I ordered it. Had to order more mop heads and got a bucket that doesn't do what my old bucket did.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. There are different types of flooring in my house and the only one that worked well with this mop was very smooth tile. I couldn't use it on my oak floors, laminate and rough tile. The head of the mop rotates, which prevents you from washing the floor. It just rolls with every hit. Other rotary mops have a head attached to the handle and rotate from the center or top of the mop handle. Very bad design.

I had one when they first came out and it was great. However, this product is not. The mop head and handle do not align properly when you start rotating it. I bent and pushed the bar straight up so it was in line with the mop head. It's as if it's stuck between the swivel mounts on the mop head. I would have sent it back but the box was destroyed before I noticed the problem. I will contact Revain and see if they will return the original packaging or be willing to refund my credit. My wife bought her first bucket from Wal-Mart about 2 years ago. My wife has been using it for a year and a half with no problems.
