When we first got this, the box was a little busted and the instructions were incredibly unclear, pictures were included but just as confusing. Parts were marked incorrectly and extra parts were included that weren’t mentioned in the instructions. HOWEVER my husband figured out the installation before heading out on a ski trip to Colorado. These BAD BOYS survived 70mph TX panhandle storm winds and the 2019 bomb cyclone blizzard in the Rockies. We had two snowboards attached to these using "Serious Ties” (zip ties also purchased on Best Buy) while traveling on the road both ways. For what we paid, we were very impressed and these exceeded our expectations. We have a 2018 Highlander LE Plus.
