I love this bag! It's not too big and not too small. I can comfortably fit my wallet, phone, lip gloss and a few other small items in it without trying to pull out what I need. The leather is a bit stiff but not negative as the bag keeps its shape. I was concerned that the bag would sag if it was softer and more stretchy leather. The zippers on the front are quite difficult to close and open, but they are mainly for decoration, so I don't really care. Unzipped they give more room in the bag but my personal opinion is that the bag looks better open so leave them open. The only downside to the bag is the clasp which can be a little tricky to close and I am concerned that over time it will scratch the metal hardware so I am aware of that when using the clasp. Overall the bag is 9 out of 10.
