I have tried to inflate a bike tire with this pump several times but it never worked properly. The tire was 42psi and I wanted to inflate it to 60psi. When connected to the tire, the display correctly showed the initial pressure. Following written instructions, I ramped the gauge up to 60psi, waited for it to stop flashing, then turned it on. The pump shut off when the display read 60psi, but when I checked the tire with a gauge and hand pump, it was actually a lot less. I've tried this multiple times but the pump never inflated the tire above 51-52psi even though I set it to 60psi. In addition, the pump was very noisy when switched on. Maybe I got a bad block. I gave it back to Revane.
