That 5 inch screen is great, with a brightness and volume control button. You only use the power cord to make it work. It's a bit more expensive than the other 5-inch screens (but the price difference is significant). I've tested it on both Pi 3B+ and Pi 4, it seems that the micro HDMI to HDMI adapter is not quite the right size, but it can still be connected. One bug I encountered was that when I connect the Pi4 to the screen, the Pi 4's Wi-Fi is unstable. My Pi 4 Wi-Fi can sometimes disconnect from my router (I prefer to work with it via vnc/ssh on my laptop, a Wi-Fi outage causes the vnc/ssh connection to fail). And I try to connect to wifi manually but sometimes it doesn't work. Not sure if the screen is interfering with the wireless signal, hopefully someone also using a Pi 4 can provide feedback.
