I like how easy it was for me to get up-and running with this platform! The customer support team has been extremely helpful in getting things set up correctly from day 1 of our trial period - they were always available via email or phone when we needed assistance during setup/configuration phases.

There aren't any downsides at all so far; everything about their service works flawlessly. We are using them primarily because one less piece of software means fewer points of failure within my infrastructure stack which makes everyone's life easier across multiple disciplines including development teams, IT Security personnel & Operations staff alike.
