Review on Nice Work Done by Phil Morales

The team is very professional in their approach towards solving business problems. They are always open minded when it comes to new ideas or ways of doing things that have been tried before but not necessarily worked out well. I would say they could improve by being more transparent about what's going on behind closed doors at times; sometimes we don't know why certain decisions were made as there isn't enough communication between different teams within NWD. As an agency working across multiple disciplines (design/development), having someone who has done both sides of the table gives us access to insights from two perspectives which helps solve complex issues quickly.
