I like that it's easy to use as well as share your screen so you can collaborate at times! It is more expensive than other services out there but has some great features including remote access, which they don't offer anywhere else. Also their support team are very helpful if you require assistance. You have to pay monthly for this software (or yearly). If you're looking for something free or low cost then maybe try Google Drive instead? This tool allows me to manage my workload easily in terms

The best thing about NWD is that it has an awesome team who are always willing help you out! I like that they are very professional in their field. They have an amazing team! The turnaround time is great as well. Nothing at all really. Sometimes you get stuck trying to figure out how something could be improved but it's not too big of a deal.
