Review on Vendavo by Darius Newberry

The interface is easy enough so anyone can use it without having any technical knowledge of how computers or software works behind them (which I don't have). We've been able track our customers' orders through their account very easily since they are all using this system as well! It's not perfect but we're working with IT department at work who makes some changes every now & then which helps us keep up w/ new features coming out regularly from Vendo itself. Tracking your inventory has never really worked right before until you get into something like vendavi where everything starts being easier - tracking order fulfillment process, getting reports about what products need replenishing etc.
