When it comes to luck, Samsung phones have never been my friend. In the previous four years, I've gone through three different Samsung phones, and the only regular one was the one with the push-button interface. J3 was, in my opinion and experience, the worst phone available. 8 pixel camera 2 pixel photo camera! After making the purchase, I refrained from making any complaints for the first 10 days, but then it started! There was a problem with charging the battery! And as it turned out, I got along just fine with it right immediately (there was no phone for half a year), I went to the store where I bought a phone with this problem, and the employee there informed me, "we can't help with anything." The following day, while charging it, I discovered that the phone had almost turned red! I was unable to even grasp it in one hand! When I went to the store a second time with the same issue, the employees there instructed me to "purchase a new battery." When I responded that I still had a guarantee for another 10 months, they told me that they were unable to assist me. In a nutshell, I was required to purchase a battery shield road. I also got a warranty that was good for ten months! After a month, I ran across the same issue again! My phone has been ringing off the hook recently! And I went back to the store with a request to give the phone back while also refund the money that was taken from it. I approached them and said, "I want to give the phone back with a refund." In response, they told me, "we do not return the money." I then informed them that I still had another nine months left on the warranty. As a result, I engaged in combat with him for the better part of an hour. They handed me only ten thousand dollars despite the fact that the phone cost twenty thousand, and because I thought I couldn't talk any longer, I decided to settle for this sum. But additional "Samsung" products, including the S8+, are not something I will purchase.
