Review on Liquitex Basics Acrylic 4 Pack Titanium by Lori Aguirre

Recently got back into painting so I bought this set as it was on sale and I wanted the same color to be available for multiple sessions. Unfortunately now I know why it was on sale I think. This brand of color doesn't seem to have the pigment density I was expecting - the first colors I bought were gold brands and so far they are really good, it only takes 1-2 coats to get a deep colour. For this set, at least for the colors I've used so far, it took 3-4 coats. Also, some of them came out of the tube lumpy, which might indicate they are old, but I don't know much about color. Their use was definitely not pleasant compared to the golden ones. If you're buying these for a young artist who isn't very experienced I'm sure they'll be fine, but if you're trying to be a serious artist I don't know if I would recommend them depending on your project .
