Smart parts make it stronger

Pros: &gt; Assembly was easy - I did it myself. The parts were clearly marked in the packages with letters that matched the instructions. The wooden parts have also been numbered to make assembly easier. (See Fig. 1)&gt; The glass holders have a rubber cap that keeps the glass in place securely and neatly. (See Fig. 3)&gt; Brackets bolted to the rear add extra strength to the entire console. IKEA could learn from this. (See Fig. 4) Tips: &gt; Install the doors at the top first, then at the bottom. After inserting the door, the lower door hinge only needs to be screwed in. The instructions say to insert the door into the bottom hinge and then install the top hinge, but I found this more difficult. (See Fig. 5) &gt; There are two wooden end panels that look the same and have the same numbers (stickers) but belong to specific sides. You will know to replace them when the bolt needs an anti-rotation feature but there is no hole for it. &gt; Only peel off the stickers when necessary. Only then use a solvent. The plastic veneer on the surface of the "wood" is removed along with the decals. (see Fig. 2) Disadvantages: &gt; Stickers detach from the veneer. (see fig. 2) &gt; Screwdriver slips and I cut the tree. (See Fig. 7)&gt; The door hinge has a wide hole for screw mounting. I've found that this increases the difficulty instead of decreasing it. (see fig. 6)
