When they arrived my children and I were very happy to receive them. Just three weeks later, a walkie-talkie returned with two buttons missing. I tried to ask if we can buy replacement buttons but my question here remains unanswered. I can't find any contact information from the manufacturer to inquire directly. That issue aside, I like these. They have great sound and are easy for our kids to navigate. *** EDIT REVIEW **++ I decided to edit my review to reflect that I had emailed the company asking them to replace my broken walkie-talkie. Haven't received any message or replacement yet after waiting almost 1 month. VERY disappointed with the purchase and also the lack of customer service from the seller.
