This First Aid Kit is the most comprehensive kit I have seen for the money. It included basic survival items besides a good representation of First Aid items for almost all common and some unusual situations. All quick use items are in sealed individual one use packs so there is no wasted or opened bottles to be concerned with. Because of the size of the soft sided and individual compartmentation of the bag there is still room for additional items. I will be adding a good quality flashlight and a small cap lamp. Also the items sent are packaged in groups of related items like wound cleansing pads with pain and sting relief packs.
