Works for hours with no problems.
I never thought how many times I would use a heat gun! I started freshening up a 12 year old car and used it to soften the sealer, stretch the vinyl and remove the sticky badges from the car. I had this hanging in my garage and blowing on low power for hours while working with the vinyl and it held a constant temperature and didn't give me a bit of trouble. No overheating. no blown fuses. This tool is full of hot air! (sorry couldn't resist the pun)
