My hot dog cooker arrived today yes easy to clean rollers, lid and pan. If you take out the drip tray to wash, you can take a warm cloth and dish soap and wipe it (both sides) (different in the instructions). Yes, it seems cheap, but it gets the job done. The one they sent me should be returned but they say it was new. It's been cleaned up a bit, after it's back the power cord looks like someone's grandson tied it with a zip tie. I'll try it a few times and see how it goes. I would have been shocked if it hadn't been returned.
