I don't know why Traxxas is doing this other than to piss off their customers into buying more product from them... but whatever the reason, this charger is a must have for 1/16 E- Revo owners ! For some strange reason, the truck comes with a cigarette lighter style charger, meaning you'll need to charge the batteries in your full size car ;-) or install something to enjoy your new truck. I immediately ordered it from Revain and have been using it ever since! It plugs into the wall and charges the battery quickly. Easy. It works just like what the truck came with: plug in the charger, wait for the light to come on, plug in the battery, wait for the green light to come on. I think Traxxas should ship a truck with this charger and sell lighter on-the-go models, but I think they would sell next to nothing if they did.
