Junk don’t buy good for me

For starters I am a Carpenter cabinet maker in the and I’ve been installing hinges for 30+ years. Several of the screws snapped off even after pre-drilling holes. The back plate of the hinge hits the cabinet and prevents the doors from fully closing. They’re supposed to be self closing; they have the mechanism it just doesn’t work well.
