I purchased this product for the pain relief. Brief history I fell off a race horses and have 3 bulging disc in my back. the pain can be unbearable at times to to tense muscles in my back placing pressure on disk. So i recieved this product on saturday Nov 7 2020. I began using it right away. by the third day i had my full function back, the pain was removed, If you ever had back pain you know its a dull pain that never goes away. This product took the pain away. i used it on light settings at first then by the second day i raised the level to the point it was comfortable, The machine has duel settings unlike the previous machine i owned. this was a big help as i was just targeting certain back muscles. the screen was easy to use and understand, the massage levels felt perfect as I could custom tailor them to my needs. My son helped me place the pads in the proper locations, so i could get the best possible therapy, Other machines dont have the specialized settings this one has, All i can say is thank you to megawise i feel great
