I had to get to difficult gutters on the highest edge of my house. My extension ladder flexed too much at this height (over 17 feet) so I needed something I could safely work with from the roof. The rope grab here that I saw is demonstrated in the YouTube video linked here: http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=+Titan+rope+grab&view=detail&mid=8547190A5CF00F4DCD4B8547190A5CF00F4DCD4B&first=0&FORM=NVPFVR and everything works as follows I've seen in the video. The pull rope handle (think automatic handle, engages automatically but can be released and retracted by hand) is made of heavy duty alloy with strong rivets. The harness has many adjustment points and is very comfortable. a rope grab, and 50 feet was enough for the roof itself, although I had to tie more rope with a Yosemite bowlline to get to my safe point. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
