Toggle switches need to stay in the position you move them. They could be moved from the center or "off" position to either "on" position, but they would not click, "snap," or stay in those positions. Just twist them back to the center. The light would not come on even if I left the toggle switch in the on position. Three switches. ALL are defective. Bad batch or buyer beware?
