That's a real shame. The straps are very pretty, but the laces at the end of the fabric are wider than the fabric itself. This allows the lace to act as a hook that hooks into each loop of the strap when the strap is removed. I thought it was a defect on my first order so I used the refunded money to try another set and it was exactly the same. Return this kit for refund because of poor quality.
