After the initial install this worked for a little over a day and then just a black screen and the controls stopped working. After several emails a new panel was sent to customer service for replacement. This worked for about two weeks and then I had the same problem. It's quite a hassle to install and replace, and the thing is, it's incredibly unreliable. I spent $400 not being able to control my lights at all. If he worked for more than a day, he didn't really impress me. I activated it as an Alexa device and integrated it with Ring and Ecobee. On all three, it's slower to respond to commands than any Echo device or phone app. I could go outside and see with my eyes how long it takes to view the ring video. The touchscreen is decent enough and works well, but it's just not that practical. There are much cheaper (and more reliable!) ways to voice control multiple dimmable lights, and the screen is too small to be of much use. All of this is debatable as the device just didn't work for most of the time I've owned it.
