Poor quality is best in kitchen and dining room

Poor quality. I've been using them for about 12 days and one of them broke where the lid was attached and my husband didn't notice until he started chewing that little piece with his food. the other one has a line like it's about to tear, I haven't even used it in the oven, dishwasher or freezer and have been very careful with washing and storing :(
