Sturdy and fit well
They're a bit pricey and yes they fit well. If they were easier to install, the mast would sway from day one. I beveled the end of the 4x4 and used an 8 pound sled to set it in place. I used a cone grinder but a router would be faster. This is only needed to start the post. Strike afterwards.
