I don't have Hypervolt because it's too expensive for me. However, over the past few months I have been able to purchase several of these massage guns from different brands and manufacturers. These massage guns from China are more or less very similar in function and design. I highly doubt they use anywhere near the same components. This one goes even further and includes a flashlight at the bottom of the handle, which I find very handy. I generally prefer small sizes like this. The metal case makes a very stable and high-quality impression. Flash light is bright. Massage heads are limited to 4, but I only use one at a time, the one with the softer foam outside, not the hard plastic heads. There is power. It's on par with my other massage guns. I often only set it to level 1 because the other levels are too fast for me. I would say the power is strong and enough for a little guy like me. It takes 6 or 7 hours of charging to fully charge it. It easily deserves 4 stars from me.
